Undergraduate students at the UCR School of Public Policy are required to complete a minimum 120 hours of experiential learning as part of their degree requirement.
The goal of the experience is to provide students the opportunity to practically apply the policy issues that they are learning about in class.
Students can work with the Career Counselor and Academic Internship Coordinator to determine an internship location that suits their needs. Paid fellowships, and funded internships are also available for highly qualified applicants. See the SPP Undergraduate Student Success page on canvas for various opportunities.
